50 minute counseling sessions are $150.
I accept MasterCard and Visa cards, cash, or check.
I do not accept insurance, but I can offer a receipt for out of network reimbursement for individual counseling. You can check with your insurance provider to see if this is an option. Please note, if you choose to use your insurance, I have to make a diagnosis, which stays in your health record.
Coaching is for folks who are in a great place mentally, and just need some extra support, accountability, and tools for reaching their goals. Some common reasons people choose coaching:
– Support in setting boundaries
– Help simplifying life and removing excess
– Support in reaching business, fitness, educational, or relational goals
Counseling can incorporate all of the above as well, but is more comprehensive. The good news is, if you chose a counselor as your coach, you don’t have to choose. For more information on the counseling services I offer, click here.
If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, please call or email Lauren at 404.913.1102 or firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 business hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Not doing so will result in being billed at the full rate. Our session is very important to me, as are you. I plan my day around our scheduled appointment, so please be considerate.
